We see the same issue recurring before 30 mins. We'll report it to the Upstream Provider.
We'll continue to monitor the quality of CUG transit and migrate traffic back at the correct point in time.
CUG Updateds: That the packet loss is caused by short-term congestion which was due to multiple abnormal traffic in the network channel at the corresponding time. After analyzing that the cause of abnormal traffic was DDoS attack, engineers checked CU's automatic defense system and found frequent DDoS attacks recorded in relevant time.
Data packets sent from Mainland China are lost after passing through the CUG. But it is normal for the data packets sent to mainland China via CUG. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident with Upstream Provider.
